SHIPPING

All of our IOAN products are shipped to you from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €50. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address. 

Orders placed before 22:00 from Monday to Friday shipped to the Netherlands or Belgium, will be delivered the following day. Deliveries to other European countries will arrive within 3-7 business days.

IOAN only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.


In case your IOAN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the IOAN products and its outer cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible at ioan@shopwedo.com or +32 15 71 33 35 to notify us of the damage.


CUSTOMS


Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.


RETURNS


You may return or exchange a product from the date of the dispatch confirmation up until 14 days after you receive the last product of your order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return or an exchange, you can contact us on ioan@shopwedo.com or +32 15 71 33 35 and we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Shipping costs for the return are at the customer’s charge.


DAMAGES & ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if a product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s.


REFUNDS


We will notify you once we have received your returned product. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you) on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company credit your account.


In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.
